                                         Delivery & Return Service Fees                                   
Prices does not include delivery. Delivery is based on location. There is an additional cost to return, strike and dispose of balloon décor. 

                                    Booking & Fees
To secure your event date and time on our calendar a non-refundable 50% booking fee is
due as soon as possible, but no later than (4) four-weeks prior to your event. If your event is booked less than (3) three-weeks prior to your event date, full payment is required. A rush fee may apply if your event is booked less than 3 weeks to cover express shipping cost to ensure all supplies arrive in time. Your event is not booked until a deposit is received. In the event of a unforeseen circumstance the deposit can be transferred to  an another available date. Only one transfer allowed.
